Bajaj Platina 100cc was first introduced in the year 2006. It was one of the cheapest bike of its segment available then. As it has been a great success, Bajaj is re-launched the Platina 125 in the market.

The New Platina 125 almost same in terms of looks and styling like the old Platina 125. New Platina 125 features premium black shade matte finish alloy wheels, clear lens headlamp, matt finished black silencer with chrome finish foot rest, sporty instrument console, new color combination for graphics and decals, graphite tinted engine with transmission and chrome streaked side panels.

The engine of New platina 125 delivers a maximum power of 8.5 Bhp at 7000 rpm with maximum torque of 10Nm at 4000 rpm. 2010 platina 125cc comes with 5-speed gearbox (4 speed in earlier one). It has telescopic front suspension and the world's first SNS (Spring-N-Spring) rear suspension.
