Giugiaro Vadho concept

Following the Mustang concept presented in Los Angeles last year, Giugiaro has designed another sports car, the Vadho, an experimental project that puts driver and passenger in tandem for an aeronautic aesthetic. The elevated perspective of the sketch shows a soft coke-bottle form, with a hint of Giugiaro's 1988 Aztec show car in the cockpit theme and exposed 'technical' area. Inside the aircraft-like cockpit, the steering wheel has been replaced by two joysticks and drive-by-wire, as Mercedes-Benz considered on their 1996 F200.

Also on the ItalDesign stand this year will be the Mustang and the Daihatsu D-Compact X-Over, previously seen in Paris. Geneva will also mark the debut of a 'G' graphic, which appears for the first time on the Giugiaro Vadho to usurp the familiar 'ID' on the company's creations.
